In-Person Safety Training: The Best Choice for Safety and Compliance… at NO COST to you.

When it comes to workplace safety, there’s no room for error. Ensuring your team has the best safety training is essential not only for regulatory compliance but also for their well-being. While computer-based training (CBT) is growing in popularity, in-person safety training offers a higher level of engagement, accountability, and effectiveness, especially in high-stakes environments like construction, manufacturing, and healthcare.

Here at the EHSS Group (pronounced “S” group), we believe safety training is the required foundation of a safe and more productive work environment. While computer-based training (CBT) can provide flexibility, nothing beats the impact and effectiveness of in-person safety training. Our programs, aligned with OSHA safety standards and custom tailored to your specific needs, offer hands-on experience and personal engagement, ensuring that your employees not only learn but retain the essential skills needed to stay safe on the job.

The best part is that you don’t have to spend more money on individualized training. At Environmental, Health, & Safety Solutions Group, we provide on-site training as part of your membership package. Our training is customized to your specific needs. We take the time to go through your business model and determine what courses you actually need so that you do not waste time or resources on unnecessary training. No more wasting time with your staff trying to figure out what courses you need and hoping you’re right, then searching for those courses and hoping you can find them online, or worse, trying to find an instructor that can accommodate your unique needs.

So How Does It Work?

You simply sign up for the EHS Manager, Director, or Executive Level membership package and you get free on-site training. As an added benefit, our instructors are authorized OSHA trainers and can certify your employees as OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 as long as they meet the requirements and receive the required training.

The catch: Well, there really isn’t one. The only condition is that you are enrolled for at least six months in one of the aforementioned packages.

But why do you need six months before we are eligible for an on-site visit?

We need that time to ensure your safety programs are accurate and up to date with the most current regulations. Then we need to develop a training pipeline to ensure compliance, develop the training specific to your needs, and then arrive on-site to train your employees to the new standards set forth in your new program(s). This is an OSHA requirement. This is one of the reasons why overly generalized Computer Based Training gets a lot of employers in trouble and why we do not recommend it. In fact, one of the top 10 most cited OSHA violations for 2023 was failing to meet the training requirements under Fall Protection.

But we need training right now, we can’t afford to wait for six months.

Don’t worry. If you need immediate assistance, we can help. Just give us a call and we can discuss your situation and develop a plan of action. There might be some additional fees involved, but we can work something out. We are your partners in this and we want to make sure you have a world-class safety program and the training to match.
